Electric oil pump is composed of pump body, DC motor and shell. Its basic working principle is that the DC motor is energized to drive the rotor in the pump shell to rotate at high speed. The section of the lower end of the rotor shaft is combined with the section of the inner hole of the impeller, so that when the rotor rotates, the impeller is driven to rotate in the same direction through the rotor shaft. In the process of high-speed rotation of the impeller, vacuum low pressure is caused in the oil inlet part. Then the filtered oil is inhaled from the inlet of the pump cover, and the inhaled oil is pressurized by the oil pump impeller into the pump shell and then pressed out through the oil outlet to provide the oil system with a certain pressure. The structure of the DC motor consists of a permanent magnet fixed on the inner wall of the pump housing, a rotor capable of generating magnetic torque when energized, and a graphite carbon brush assembly mounted on the upper end of the pump housing. The carbon brush and the commutator on the armature rotor are in an elastic contact state, and the lead wire is connected to the plug wiring electrode of the shell. Both ends of the outer shell of the electric oil pump are riveted by the coil, becoming an unremovable assembly.

Klassifikatsioon:
In the oil system, the electric oil pump is responsible for the supply of oil with a certain pressure, and its unit time of oil delivery is more than 8 times the unit time consumption of engine rated power condition. A large amount of oil is continuously returned to the tank through the oil pressure regulator, which controls the oil pressure and cools the oil line to avoid air choke.
Although the specific structure of the electric oil pump is diverse, it is composed of pump oil components, permanent magnet motor, end cover and shell, and other parts of the shell roll edge riveting other parts into one. The rotor (or pump wheel) of the pump oil assembly is coaxial with the motor rotor. The oil is output from the pump oil assembly through the motor and the end cover. The motor wiring head is arranged on the end cover. A one-way valve is provided in the oil outlet passage of the end cover. When the engine stops, the one-way valve is closed, the oil in the oil pipeline will not return to the oil pump and maintain a certain residual oil pressure, which is conducive to the next rapid start. In addition, there is an overpressure relief valve (safety valve) installed in the pump oil assembly support or end cover, when the oil pipeline blockage in the system oil pressure exceeds the allowable value, that is, open and overflow pressure relief, so as to avoid damage to the tubing or oil pump.
Different types of electric oil pump are mainly different pump oil components. Pump oil components according to the working principle, can be divided into positive displacement pump and fluid power pump two categories. Positive displacement pump depends on the change of the volume of the pump chamber to absorb oil and pressure oil, so it is intermittent oil delivery, there are larger oil pressure fluctuations and vibration noise, but the working pressure is higher. Roller pumps, gear pumps and vane pumps are positive displacement pumps. Roller pump working pressure of about 200kPa, gear pump up to 400kPa, blade pump working pressure can be higher. The first two pumps are used more often.
Fluid power pump is driven by the pump wheel oil flow, flow of oil due to momentum change and oil pressure, is a continuous oil pump, pressure fluctuation is small, but the working pressure is low, suitable for large oil and low oil pressure occasions. Axial flow pump, centrifugal pump, turbo pump and side groove pump are fluid power pump. The axial flow pump and the side channel pump work at a pressure of about lOOkPa, and the other two around 300kPa. Turbine pump and side groove pump used more.
